    “you’ve got to start from where you are” I started running and by running i mean, running to a telephone pole in military base housing and walking to the next pole, not far by any means, and at night, so no one could really see me…that was in 2008. I have completed over 30 half marathons and 3 full marathons. If I can ‘be a runner’ ANYONE can do it!! very inspiring podcast!
