Meet Meredith Atwood – author, leader, transformation pioneer. Ten years ago, Meredith was someone she didn’t recognize. She was an out of shape, work-obsessed, mom of two with blinders on. She had lost herself and didn’t even know it. Until the day her eyes were opened and someone said to her, “Today is the first day of the rest of your life.”
Meredith’s journey was extreme and shaped by her decision to go from zero to triathlete. As she explains, there’s a difference between wanting to do a triathlon and becoming a triathlete. She chose the latter – and made it happen.
And she built a community along the way. Today Meredith is also known as Swim Bike Mom and the
author of “Triathlon for the Every Woman.” She has created a business out of helping others that is equally fulfilling for all parties.
Today we talk about:
- Meredith’s health and fitness journey
- The catalyst that jump started her transformation
- How your relationship/marriage evolves as you evolve
- Her struggles with alcohol and getting sober
